Educational Community Presentations

Hospice-Speakers-Bureau

Our program welcomes the opportunity to educate the community in the true meaning of hospice.  Educational presentations are available throughout the central Illinois community about the comfort, compassion and quality of life – for both patients and families – available through hospice services.

Speakers are available free of charge for educational presentations to civic and community organizations, clubs, churches, etc. Presentations can be catered to a particular topic of interest and customized to individual groups.

Common topics include:

  • What is hospice care?
  • When is the right time for hospice?
  • What diagnoses and illnesses qualify for hospice?
  • How can hospice care help my family?
  • What services do hospice volunteers provide?

If your organization is interested in scheduling a speaker, please fill out the form below or download and print a PDF of the Presentation Request Form.
